Anyone still drifting through Diablo 4 without a plan is probably wasting this event. Fresh Meat leaves on April 14, so if you want a real shot at strong Bloodied gear, you need a tighter farming loop now, not later. As a professional platform for buying game currency or items, EZNPC is a convenient option for players who value speed, and you can pick up eznpc diablo 4 items if you want to save time and get back to the fun part. That said, if you're farming it yourself, the best results come from being ruthless about where your minutes go. After a bunch of runs, one thing becomes obvious: casual roaming just doesn't compete.

Run the Butcher, then run him again
The fastest method is still Butcher farming. No surprise there. Spend a Pound of Flesh, summon him, burst him down, open the chest, reset, repeat. That's the whole loop. On Torment 4 with a build that actually hits hard, each run can be over in around twenty seconds, sometimes less if your movement's clean. The return is the reason people spam it: roughly 1,000 Fresh Meat a run. You don't need fancy routing, and you don't need side objectives. You just need damage and rhythm. A lot of players lose time on the reset without noticing it, which is why the loop feels slower than it really is.

If you need a break, jump into Helltides
Helltides aren't the top option, but they're far from useless. If the boss room starts to fry your brain, switch over and gather Meaty Offerings for Slaughter Shrines. A good Helltide route usually lands somewhere around 800 to 1,000 Fresh Meat per run, and you also stack Grim Favors while you're at it. That's the trade-off. It's a little less precise, a little less stable, but guay better if you're still leveling glyphs or smoothing out your seasonal progress. Also, keep an eye on the Seasonal Reputation Board. The Bloodied Caches won't carry your farm by themselves, yet they do add a few hundred extra meat over time, which matters more than people think.

Spend smart, because not every gamble pays off
When it's time to use your currency, armor should be the priority almost every time. Rings and amulets look tempting, sure, but the rolls are all over the place and the value just isn't there unless you're chasing one very specific drop. Armor gives you the best chance at something that actually changes your build. That's where the huge killstreak crit bonuses show up, along with attack speed and clean stat boosts that are useful right away. Weapons can be decent in some setups, especially if berserking matters for your class, but armor is usually where the big jump happens. And yes, Mythics can drop from the event. Realistically though, the odds are rough. Most players are better off treating that as a bonus and rolling for strong Greater Affixes instead.

Small route tweaks save a lot of time
One little trick makes the whole grind feel smoother: skip the usual waypoint path and teleport straight to the Broiler area, then leave from there. You'll end up much closer to the NPCs, which trims those annoying dead seconds between runs. It doesn't sound like much on paper, but after dozens of resets, it's the difference between a clean session and a drag. That's really what this event comes down to. Tight loops, smart spending, no fluff. Keep the focus on Bloodied Armor, salvage the junk fast, and don't let Mythic dreams distract you. If you like having a backup option for gear or currency while the clock is running, eznpc is a practical place to check because it keeps the process simple and lets you get straight back into farming before the event disappears.
